Dr Hartounian required a special add on charge was not covered by insurance. Today his staff said he would not treat me for a routine cleaning unless I paid $75 for an anti-bacterial solution. Somehow I have survived all these years with excellent tooth and gum health without this type of "treatment". I recommend that if you don't want to be ripped off for extra charges that are unnecessary, don't go to the Dental Center of Simi Valley.
