Dr. Cates is a kind, caring professional surgeon. He is usually on schedule unless some emergency. Been patient for over 35 years. Both knee replacements and hip replacement have been the best. Dr. Cates has always explained my options and prognosis prior to procedures. I highly recommend him as best of orthopedic surgeons. His expertise took me from wheelchair to double braces to walking on my own. Now 35 years later he is helping me maintain my independence with medications and exercises. He is such a great Dr. and interested in patient's total well being. Highly Recommend.
