The office manager is dishonest!! I saw the doctor 3 time one of which was for a back injection. On the 4th visit I was told I owed $334 from 2 weeks prior. I had not received a bill was told my visit would be cancelled if I didn’t pay. I paid the pill without knowing what it was for or what my insurance had paid. 1 week later, still no bill, I called tmw billing office who was honest and told me no bill had been sent out!!! Dr. Fite went along with his office manager without hesitation. I’m an NP an expected a little better treatment than this from a doctor and his staff. I pay mu bills and always have, and to be treated lime I don’t and now find out I was lied to, just unprofessional. Would not recommend this office when there are many others who will respect you much more. They also so not answer their phone or return phone calls!! Bad practice!! All they want is your hard earned money! Beware!!!
