He performed a biopsy on my thyroid. He fully explained everything he was going to do in easy to understand terms. He was very aware of any pain that was caused by the procedure and would say “sorry” if I appeared to wince.. Doctor Pimenta is very personable , easy to talk to and definitely a pro at what he does. He made a very scary procedure to me into something easy.
