Terrible experience w/Dr Rai. She is rude, dismissive and lacks decorum. She snickered at my symptoms and told me to “just exercise.” I sat in the main lobby for a full hour sobbing as I have never in my adult life felt so demeaned and disregarded. As someone who has had panic-level TSH, Dr Rai’s belief in her superiority is a life-threatening misdiagnosis bound to happen.
