What was supposed to be a one-time jaw implants surgery ended up being six (6) surgeries over the course of two years. When the implants Dr. Lee initially installed were invisible, instead of replacing the wrong-size implants with larger ones, he installed implants ON TOP OF the existing implants. This resulted in my right jaw not matching my left in size or shape. To address this unevenness, Dr. Lee stacked a THIRD implant on the right. This led to serious infections and complications, causing him to remove all three from my right and then replace them with a single implant. Because I am to this day left with two implants on my left jaw and only one on my right, my face is lopsided. Additionally, from all the surgical trauma, my mouth and right jaw are permanently disfigured. I’m deeply disappointed with the experience I had with this triple-board-certified specialist in facial plastic surgery. I would most certainly never go to him with any future cosmetic surgery needs.
