I am a diabetic and was referred to Dr. Katz for preventive diabetic foot every other month. He is a very nice person and a competent physician in my experience. HOWEVER, his receptionist B, I will not give her name, in my opinion is inefficient and untruthful. I ordered my once yearly allowance of diabetic sneakers IN JANUARY. I still don't have them. She doesn't return phone calls. Even after leaving several messages. She made excuses that were of the poorest quality which made feel I was being lied to or deceived. No one could be THAT clueless. Last Friday she told me she'd call me yesterday Monday June 3rd. I waited all day and called at 4:25, 5 minutes before closing time. I had to leave a message. I called twice today and still no return call. She did not pick up the phone either time. After that I had a friend call and she picked up after 2 rings and said 'please hold'. I now believe she is deliberately ignoring my calls.This is in no way a reflection on Dr. Katz.
