I have been sick a long time and often struggle to find providers that don't gaslight or waste my time. Dr. Hasnain Arshad is literally a light in the dark. He is professional but he still acts human and does an excellent job at connecting with the patient and making them feel comfortable. He listens to concerns & works hard to find a plan. Even when he has had to cancel on me, he has made time in the past to personally call me himself and discuss things. He is an asset not only to Northern Light but to the State of Maine as well. We need more doctors like him, especially in the Bangor area
