Unfriendly front desk staff, and doctor kept us waiting over 45 minutes for a 9am appointment. She never checked in with us or made eye contact when she walked right past us or made any effort to communicate what was going on. Staff forgot about us as well and did not even know we were still waiting. Everyone seemed totally checked out. Finally just walked out.
