Dr. Tennysom has been great. But his office is horrible. Over the past 8 months scheduling appointments for my 2 yr old has been exhausting. Scheduling schedules the appointments and on 3 different occasions I get calls saying the need to reschedule as Dr. Tennyson is in surgery and is unsure why scheduling even made the appointment, since surgery days are consistant every month. When making the next appointment and asking scheduling are we sure because in the pass these things have happened and get told yes hes available why else would we give it as an option. Scheduling now cant help me and his MA doesnt answer the phone. We travel 1.5 hr to see an ENT so these situations are very frustrating. There is a local office however for all testing needed we have to travel to a Tucson location.
