My first visit to a dentist in over 20 years. Once again, I am finally comfortable with a dentist that I completely trust. I searched for a dentist and finally decided on Dr. Heather Victorine . She was accepting new patients and I was able to be seen in a months time and not two or more like other offices. I like that she is never over booked and it’s easy in and easy out service. Dr. Victorine is very professional and is concerned with the comfort of her patients. I searched around for a dentist for years and was finally okay with the recommendation of a former colleague that use her services. Dr. Victorine genuinely cares about each patient and staff, Dr. Victorine takes her time to explain each procedure and makes sure that you are in no pain before, during, and after each procedure. The staff breaks down procedures and pricing to ensure that there is no surprises on cost. My procedure was broken into three appointments and what my out of pocket cost would be at each visit. I was able to schedule my appointments with ease. When calling after hours, I left a voicemail and was called back within 24 hours. I wasn’t even a patient yet. I’ve experienced that same level of service as a patient. Excellent Dentist ??
