As someone with a lifelong fear of even the most simple dental work, I was absolutely dreading my first root canal. Dr. Chiao turned what I assumed would be a nightmare into a surprisingly positive experience. Even before the decision was made, Dr. Chiao did everything she could to be sure that a root canal was actually necessary in my case. Once the decision was made, she was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process. The only mild discomfort I experienced was the numbing shot! Dr. Chiao is everything I could ever want in an endodontist: absolutely meticulous in her work (even my dentist was impressed by both the detailed report provided and the quality of the root canal itself), and genuinely caring. I hope I never need another root canal, but if I do, I know exactly where to go!
