Dr. Kernan will listen and take meticulous notes in every single thing you say but she won’t change her methods or drug prescriptions based on feedback. If her care plan isn’t working - even after years - she will just add more drugs on top of an already misaligned group of prescriptions. She’s awkward to talk - stiff and cold. I gave her way more time than she deserved.
