I called to ask about new inserts for my shoes. The new staff there is terrible! I was told that I had to give advance notice for them to look at my chart to determine the size of my inserts. I was given inept information for about 10 minutes. Then, I ended the call and called back immediately. I spoke to someone different, and she told me ,"That was not what she was saying." referring to the previous person that I spoke to on the phone. So... now I'm being told that I don't understand...
