I’m sad to say that our town has a business that doesn’t honor their customers or has any compassionate flexibility. We were an established paying patron with insurance that had a life change opportunity in jobs and became temporarily self -pay due to uncontrollable insurance policies not enabling us to enroll till the fall and we needed a cleaning and check-up. They would not help us defer the enormous cost by not doing bite wings on my NOT at risk son who had been seeing an orthodontist regularly and receiving X-rays there as well. We were willing to pay cash but just needed a little help. They could of worked with us as it is not LEGAL to have them and it’s at discretion of dentist. I’ve also been told that they bill insurances un-necessary charges but we were willing to use them in good faith. Very disappointed and will be telling anyone who inquires about them.
