Staff was rude & failed to do their job then lied about it & was told that Dr. Fojo said I had to reschedule after sitting there for 45 minutes while reception ate their ice cream. Receptionist lied about calling for authorization (I got a hold of them immediately and there was no record of her calling) and Office manager refused to talk to me. Horrible office. Dr. Mendelsohn has been my derm dr. for over 20 years. Found a new professional office to go to where the receptionist is truthful, helpful and professional, as is their Office Manager. I feel sorry for Dr. Mendelsohn as he is a great doctor, but his office staffers are extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy.
