If I can give him a zero, I would without a doubt. I went in to see about a discoloration on my big toe. He came in and told me he is 'OCD'. He came in to see the toe and walked out. He came back with another doctor then he tell me that he did not know what it was but said that it could be cancer, then he ran out the room. Here I am in shock, then I thought to myself, what kind of bs was this. When he came back I asked to see the xrays and talk to another doctor. He got offensive and said to me that I don't like him. Helllooo, now I know he is not wrapped to tight. I spoke to the doctor who came in earlier. I voiced my oinion of this visit as well as his behavior and professionalism. After I left urgent care, I requested to speak to a senior doctor in charge. They had me speak with the director of urgent care. The problem I find that Crystal Runs does is not let a patient question their care. If this is some type of cancer, you would think there will be more attentive.
