AWFUL *She will not listen to you. I had to tell her multiple times I was not interested in surgery, as I fix my exact set of symptoms everyday in my own patients. *She is not interested in providing care in a timely manner. I had to wait four weeks after seeing her for diagnostic exams. *Wouldn't you know, the results came back 100% normal, after which she scheduled me for the appointments I had suggested to begin with, as if it had been her idea. *This was a worker's comp case, so I asked her to read her notes to me, so I could assess how the case worker would interpret them. Bc her written notes contradicted what she had told me orally, I asked her to change them, bc I knew they'd be misinterpreted. She refused for no reason. During my following appointment, she was reading her own aforementioned notes, and even she misinterpreted them the way I told her the case worker would. She STILL refused to change them. *Ritzer is utterly remiss and I would never recommend her to anyone.
