My experience was awful, I had too go too the Emergency Room due to bad foot and leg pain. Well I later found out that I had a blood clot . I had just seen her and was walking with a Walker, explained too her that I wasn’t feeling well, she just checked my heart , B/P was 200/ 111 or so , and I’m in her office . Well, she just ignored what I was telling her . about my pain and pressure. She proscribed pain pills , instead of double checking my foot, leg and B/P Now with a B/P this high I should’ve been sent to ER from her office. Well too top it off I ended up in the hospital with a Blood Clot in my Lungs . I was discharged from Hospital I was told too see her for a follow up . The only appointment I was given was a Tele visit. Who does this. I needed my Dr too show some kind of compassion and set up a care plan. After all you took on the job to be my Primary Care Dr. Well it didn’t turn out well, tried too see her but her staff was rude and she never took out the time too see me , had plans but you set up a call for a certain time and you have plans. She was very late calling me back. But you are a professional and “ stated you don’t get upset” Well, The next day one of her Staff members call to tell me she dropped me. Never in my wildest dreams I expected her too just drop me and leave me hanging. She nor her staff showed any concern for my health , safety or my situation. I will Rate this service with a Dr Manthena with 0 . Very unprofessional, .

She's always nice, quick and efficient. Genuinely cares about her patients. Actually listens when you tell her what is going on!
