Dr Patel was the staff psychiatrist I saw during my in patient week at . Beaumont. I was there for severe anxiety, obsessive worrying and depression. Dr Patel spent barely any ti me, was very quick and cold. He tried one medication, it didn’t help, he took me off it and sent me home ; he said (quote) ‘I’m a physician, not a magician’ The staff at Beaumont seem to be afraid of him- they all let you know that Dr Patel gives minimal time and caring to the patients. AWFUL DOCTOR. Would never recomm
