Went to Green Summa ER department after my car accident. Tried to explain that my headache wasn't going away. No mention of a Concussion until the nurse who discharged me and informed me that I had a concussion. No bed side manner and not very nice when family member spoke to her. When my family member went to the desk to let someone know that my headache wasn't going away Dr. Hill was sitting at the desk talking about vacation.
