'Dr. Craig works part-time 2.5 days a week. Office visit must be scheduled 2 to 3 weeks in advance. Last office visit wait time: 50 minutes in exam room with no apology or explanation. Prescribed a 14 day supply of two different common medications, instructed to take on an ongoing basis, but with no refills. During follow-up visit I was told I should have contacted her office and requested refills. Inexcusable!
