He is the worst doctor I've ever had. I had him for years. He always made me feel bad about myself, like I was making things up in my head, condescending, wouldn't listen. He once took me off a psych med because he didn't think I needed it. Psych doctor told me it was dangerous and he shouldn't have done that. Once I was in the hospital for a couple weeks, neurologist had me on pain meds, Shulman told nurses to take me off for faking. When I told the neurologist, he was seething mad and stormed out to print him several pages of information about the serious neurological disease I have and how much pain I'm in, told him to study more about the disease and not to mess with his patient's meds ever again, right in front of everyone. I'd tell him my issues and he would always blame it on weight, smirk, or roll his eyes. When I finally found a new doctor, they actually did tests and sent me to specialists, that whole time I had a debilitating autoimmune disease. Glad I'm rid of him.
