I have been a patient of Dr. Nizar for close to 19 years. I have conditions that arise from an uncommon condition for which many doctors do not fully understand the full complexity of the situation. Dr. Nizar does understand the complexity. I have found him to be a very competent doctor that is well versed in many different areas. As a person with a type"A"personality, I attempt to take charge, he is able to explain his reasonings in ways to make me understand and except them. He has been right on each occasion. I guess that is why he is the Doctor and I am the patient
