Refuses to call in medication refill. Howard made me wait a week after I was out of my ANTI-INFLAMMATORY medication, non-controlled obviously, and me complaining, to finally tell me he refuses to call in a refill until I see him again. I am in the hospital, and no, other doctors don't call in scripts for other people. Thanks for letting me down like every other doctor.
