Dr. Smith, Howard Behavior it's unacceptable, he decided if he want to see or not the patients based on their chart, he is not taking in consideration the pain and the time taking for making an appointment, it's so ridiculous and frustrating all services with Cleveland Clinic... he is a Disgrace for practice medicine, he is one of the doctors who think is above God just being a doctor. Shame on him, shame on his team, and shame on Cleveland Clinic!
