Dr. Pao is really good in person. He listens and doesn't rush at all. Very friendly and thorough. However, over the portal messaging feature, he is quite terse and blunt. It often feels rude and dismissive. In-person and video visits have been great, but I do wish he were more polite and thorough in his written messages.
