Patient Reviews
Jan 30, 2026
I wanted to share some concerns regarding my recent appointment. Unfortunately, I found the behavior of Hugh L Bassewitz attending to me very rude and unprofessional. It was quite upsetting that I felt the need to voice my discomfort and ultimately leave the appointment mid-way. The way I was treated left me in tears, and I believe no patient should have to experience such treatment.During the appointment, Hugh L Bassewitz stomped out of the room, slammed the door, and I could hear him speaking negatively about me to their colleagues while I was waiting. This behavior was both unprofessional and hurtful. Fortunately, when their medical assistant came in, who was very pleasant, I expressed my discomfort and decided not to proceed with the appointment as I felt incredibly uncomfortable.I do not recommend this professional based on my experience, as no patient should be made to feel this way.Thank you
