Dr. Cai has always been thorough and effective in his diagnosis and treatment of my elderly relative. He patiently listens and responds empathetically to my relative’s concerns. He even returned a call from us when he was out of the country! I am confident in his expertise and attention. I believe my relative’s quality of life and his longevity are attributable to Dr. Cai’s care.
