The reason being for my 2 star rating is due to the lack of professionalism, organization, and accountability from the front desk receptionists and office/financial manager. I've been calling once or twice every week for a month, going on about 2 months now, regarding a copayment refund. Back story is: I've already paid for my copayment by sending out a check through the mail. They sent me a statement letter so I paid what I owed.
