This “doctor” is the opposite of compassionate and will not give you the time of day. When I asked her some questions regarding my care and concerns, she would roll her eyes at me (multiple times) and sigh and brush off my concerns in a demeaning way. She was insinuating (with her unprofessional eye-rolling and unfriendliness) that I was asking too many questions and that there was no point in answering my questions or explaining things because I wouldn’t understand anyway. What happened to compassionate doctors that involve their patient in their own care plan? I felt dismissed and no one should feel that way going to see a doctor with concerns. In the end, she ended up referring me to a specialty doctor that had NOTHING to do with my complaint and I only found out about the referral because the office had called me to make an appointment with them. Some advice Huong Nguyen, be kind, talk to your patients, be a doctor, maybe take a vacation so you can chill out & treat your pts better
