I had cataract surgery in 2018. The surgery went well. Unfortunately, Dr Kaden does not communicate well. He has very little to say. When I asked 1 simple question, it took 3 appointments to get an answer. This is unacceptable. In addition, I went for cataract surgery on only 1 eye. He did tests and measurements on the other eye as well. That was totally unnecessary. When I mentioned that I was concerned about the medication (eye drops) prescribed and asked if there was an alternative. He told me that this is what he uses and if I did not use that I should go elsewhere. I needed to have a discussion not an ultimatium.
