What has stood out in my experience, as a physician practicing for over 50 years, is that Dr. Kroes medical practice is run by his wife Sabrina Kroes. She dictates his hours. She dictates when you can call him. She dictates policies. Because her own start up failed and so she has now massively intruded into his practice. However, he welcomes this. He is very submissive to her.When I called after 9 o’clock at night, probably about 915, because I had what I thought was a medical emergency for myself, namely, that the numbness I had had in my feet for the past Several months had suddenly moved up to above my knees bilaterally. I was very frightened. I’ve had a very busy day as a physician myself and had a difficult time even calling for help at that time. Mrs. Kroes answered the phone. She checked with Dr. Kroes to see if he thought it was urgent. She reported to me that she had spoken with him and he had said that it could wait till morning. I’m not aware of her having a medical license
