Dr. Jacobs came in to see us immediately when we were transferred from another hospital to CHOP. He was the only doctor that took the time to figure out what was medically wrong with my son and got a whole team together to come up with a solution to give my son the best possible outcome for his condition. He is very caring and always listened to our thoughts and wishes.
