Patient Reviews
Aug 21, 2023
I was referred to Dr. Osburn in Jan 2023. He seemed very nice. I have had several neck surgeries and I still suffer with chronic C7 nerve root pain. He recommended RFA it was a series of diagnostic tests before the burning of the nerve. Sadly the procedure did not work. Come to find out he didn’t even target the right nerve. I was also told by his staff my insurance will pay for everything & they assured me Highmark approved this procedure. THIS IS NOT TRUE!!! If you have Highmark insurance you will be getting billed for something extra. in my case it was for the anesthesia. Hamot Surgery center had someone other than the anesthesiologist team push the medicine. I now owe a pretty hefty bill and I'm still in pain. Doesn’t seem quite right, does it?
