This is the doctor who does not care. Doctor canceled my appointment because I was 8 minutes late.When I arrive they took insurance card, do something behind the counter and tell me that now it is 10 minutes late and they cancel appointment.It looks like Dr Igor Uritskiy was already overlooked and they were looking for excuse to drop a patient. That was me. Next time it may be you.
