Was told cleaning was included with the insurance, then was charged $ 300 for antibiotics. Checked my previous dentist and another dentist and was advised that that is normally included and not an additional charge. Never saw the dentist, saw only a dental assistant. Work was satisfactory but was clearly mislead and overcharged. Then they wanted to redo a filling with a tooth that is perfectly good and doesn't need anything as confirmed by my original dentist. Finally went back to my original dentist and pay a small supplement PPO dental insurance to use her.
