We never had an opportunity to meet with the doctor. The receptionist said we would be called after my husbands records were reviewed. The referral was sent with instructions. I called back 3 times over two weeks. Finally I was told we could come in December. No one from the office called to say that beforehand. Now we’ve been referred to another specialist. Got a phone call, was able to make an appointment and the office person was professional and friendly. To top it all we are getting an appointment in a week! I was surprised that a referral for a low functioning kidney was of little concern.
