This low rating is in regard to an authorization denial. The physician requested an MRI but the authorization was denied. A representative from the doctor's office notified the patient of the denial, yet the staff failed to follow-up or appeal the decision. As a result, the patient remain in grave pain and is advocating for himself/herself to appeal the denial.
