I left this review on Google a while ago, but a friend said I should post here too. I went to Dr. Crews who told me I needed four crowns. She said we could do all of them at once and it would only take about 2.5 hours. It ended up taking about twice that long. But I figure it’s okay. Miscalculations happens.When I go back in to get the permanent ones placed in, she can’t seem to figure out how to numb me enough. Because of this, I end up laying in the chair in an Immense amount of pain with every push, poke, and prod. I honestly don’t know how this woman is a dentist. Every time she pushed the crown on, she just kept saying, “I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m sorry.” It was hands down one of the most traumatic and painful experiences I’ve ever had. Don't go here if you have any dental anxiety. It’s not worth it. And she clearly gets frustrated easily.
