On several, I mean several occasions. My son’s prescription wasn’t sent over to pharmacy. It literally takes 4-5 calls from us urgently and takes half a week to a week later for this guy to fulfill the script that literally takes seconds to do. This last time they sent script to the wrong pharmacy . It’s been 5 days and several calls and still no script. My son runs out of meds often under this guys watch. Should lose his license. Feel as though this falls under patient neglect.
