She was the doctor I trusted with my first pregnancy. The whole pregnancy she just kept telling me I was over weight and that I need to fix that. Granted I understand you need to be careful with your weight but I was only a little over average. She ordered 3 sugar tests bc she couldn't believe my sugar was not high. I could look past that until it came to wanting to induce me before my due date bc it was convenient to her schedule, I did not allow that. I ended up giving birth naturally the day after she tried to induce me. As soon as I gave birth she flipped my baby by the arm on to my chest for skin to skin time. A beautiful baby girl. After about a half I asked if my husband could hold my baby due to me shaking, feeling weak, and being sewed up from birth; she pokes her head up and says you really want someone else to hold your baby? I replied at this moment absolutely. Only went back for my 6 week check up and never returned. I hope she practices more empathy.
