I have made two appointments with Dr. Pildysh and both times I have left disgusted and very frustrated. Expect to wait a few hours at the reception as well as when you get brought to the nurse room. Almost feels like you are forgotten. Both instances I came in because I needed a blood and a strep test to be done. The nurse staff did not wear a glove both instances even after she had picked up a call and when an object had fallen to the floor. I had to bring this up as I saw she did not sterilize her hand. She left to another room to bring in new gloves. There were no gloves to be found in the nurse room. When I finally got to see Dr. Pildysh her phone was ringing at least five times. I did not feel like I was getting the proper attention as a patient. Four days later I called back to get an update on the tests that was done and I was put on hold only to be told to call back because it is busy and she was not able to look this information up on her computer.
