I saw Irena for a routine pap smear in 2022. She was rude and short of patience. The pap smear was VERY painful and my husband said he saw blood while she was doing the procedure. Within the 10 minutes it took for me to get home I was experiencing the exact same excruciating labor pains I had while giving birth to my daughter in the hospital years before and I was bleeding like a heavy period even though I had completed a period the week prior. I was in so much pain that I couldn't walk or talk and I bled heavily for 3 days. My husband and I called the office to tell them about this and one nurse seemed very worried and said it's not normal and that I needed to report it to the office manager. Office manager was in a meeting so another nurse took the call and said that it was normal and to call back if the bleeding didn't stop. Office called me the next day to check on me and offer an ultrasound. I refused. I'll never go back to her, that office, or get another pap smear ever again.
