Every communication I had stated that my appointment was at 5:00 pm and to arrive 15 minutes prior (4:45). I arrived around 4:30 and literally waited 1 hour to be seen and was asked the same EXACT questions that i just completed in a lengthy online check-in process the night before!!! What is the point of continuously asking patients to complete documents ahead of time if you still have to review them again at the appointment?!!!! Talk about a waste of time!!! And this was all AFTER waiting 1 hour!!! Never will return!!!
