Excellent Doctor! Highly recommend!!! Dr. Ortiz has an excellent bedside manner, he is very attentive, a great listener, and goes far and beyond any other doctor I have seen in the past. He sees my husband and myself and is very thorough with us both. I used to work in a hospital, and I have seen good and bad doctors, and I can easily recognize the difference in my medical background. I love that you don't have to wait until your next appointment for the doctor to view your labs, etc. He does this as soon as he receives the results and immediately contacts you with any new recommendations, such as medications, etc. I have NEVER heard of or had a doctor do this before. This is just a small example of how thorough and caring he is. If you need a caring, compassionate doctor you are not reading this by accident.
