He was very rough and from his mannerisms, he was obviously not in a good mood. I felt like he didn't care. I was about to undergo something I was nervous about. I had questions but he ignored me. He was right there. My daughter saw that I was shaken. Other doctors have put me at ease. I believe he is Russian? I am an elderly woman.
