Had appt but was cancelled because no hygienist then was given another appt but then was told I never made one and I asked them to check the records to double check but they said they don’t keep records that far back but it was 30 days ago. so then tried to make another and was told I must prepay because I was sent to collections because I owed $29. I never received any collection notice or stmt. I am a current patient have paid many thousands of dollars! I have been a patient for over 4 years. I wanted to talk to Dr Batos but was told I couldn’t so I want Dr Batos to know how her staff treats her patients.
