First : Im an established patient and made it CLEAR to staff I did NOT want pain meds, but I begged to be seen to save my teeth if possible. Got 2 teeth knocked out, IN GODAWFUL PAIN and I was told “ we do not offer care without an appointment regardless of what your situation is.” Don’t be fooled by the fake friendly, caring dentist B.S. They are only in it to make $$$. Even if you’re an established patient with a TRUE dental emergency this dentist and his staff couldn’t care less. No compassion at all, told me to go “somewhere else if I was not happy.”
