Patient Reviews
Jul 06, 2023
Doctor spent less than 2 minutes in the room with me for a new patient appointment. Considering they bill for 45minutes to an hour for that appointment that is completely unacceptable. When I expressed disbelief to the nurse over how fast the appointment was, her first response was “it wasn’t because I was on Medicaid” meaning that that is exactly what that was. After questioning why my blood pressure wasn’t recorded and that I was diagnosed with things that weren’t mentioned in the appointment and that were a bunch of notes for things not discussed with the doctor, the doctor decided without notice to cancel my stress test and follow up. Meaning he doesn’t respect patients being concerned about what is on their visit notes and going on with their health.
